Presenter and Moderator Bios

Presenter: Ian Gallimore, Supervisor, Managed IT Cloud Infrastructure, RSM US LLP

Ian is an infrastructure consultant and solutions architect with experience ranging from end user desktop support, new system configuration (from end user OOBE desktop to Windows Server), and Azure/Entra/Office 365 administrative knowledge. Ian excels in the Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell and their associated Admin Centers. He also has focused knowledge with the Google application programming interface (API) and Node.js.

Ian brings value through helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations for clients and exploring continual improvement and automation opportunities. He has been known to bring unique solutions through solving nonstandard problems and lowering workflow overhead, such as an automated user management platform to streamline administrative user tasks without the need for a technical resource, or a calendar management application to deploy holidays to employee calendars based on usage location.

Valter Herman is a technical specialist for all things low-code at Microsoft. He brings 20+ years of successful Dynamics CRM, Power Platform and Systems Engineering experience with him to customers today focused across Retail and Consumer Good industries. With the advent of Copilot Studio Valter has been focused on enabling customers across many disciplines to create Generative AI experiences with this low-code platform. Valter resides in Kansas City, MO and finds joy in cycling, BBQ, watching the Chiefs and cheering on Sporting Kansas City.

Moderator: Wayne Sine, CPA, Education Director, National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives

After retiring as Tax Director of a regional supply cooperative on the East Coast, Wayne Sine was asked to serve as Education Director for NSAC. As an active and long-term member of NSAC, Wayne previously served as Chair of NSAC’s Tax Committee, President of the Atlantic Chapter, and was a recipient of NSAC’s Silver Bowl Award. In addition to his work with NSAC, Wayne has also served on the Legal, Tax, and Accounting (LTA) Committee of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives, Chaired the Tax Committees for both the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Virginia Manufacturers Association, served on the Tax Policy Committee of the Virginia Society of CPAs, and served as Region Vice President for Tax Executives Institute.
