CONNECT Login Help
CONNECT is NSAC’s member platform and your gateway to access member benefits, such as educational materials, resources, and tools designed specifically for professionals involved in the financial planning and management of cooperatives.
This page provides step-by-step assistance for logging into CONNECT. If you are a current NSAC member and need help, please follow the instructions below.

First-Time Users: Set Up Your CONNECT Access
If you are a current NSAC member but have not yet logged into CONNECT, you will need to activate your account.
- Visit www.nsacoop.org
- Click “Log In” at the top of the page.
- On the next screen, scroll to the bottom and click “Create an Account.”
This does not create a new NSAC membership—it simply activates your access within NSAC’s system. - Check your email for a confirmation message.
- Return to the website to complete the setup process.
- Your email address will serve as your username.
- You will be prompted to create a password.
- Once logged in, you should see your name and “CONNECT: Member Portal” at the top of the NSAC webpage.
- Click on the button “CONNECT: Member Portal” to enter the system.
Common Login Issues
Forgot your password?
- If you are a current user and cannot remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email to create a new password.
Not sure what your username is?
- Your username is the email address associated with your NSAC membership
Didn’t receive the confirmation or reset email?
- Please check your spam or junk folder.
- If you still do not see the email, contact NSAC for assistance.
