Course Description

Although implementation of health care reform is taking up the majority of employer's time on the benefits side of the house, qualified retirement plans and executive compensation programs still manage to squeak out challenges and new considerations for employers as new trends continue to occur. For this 50 minute session, we will explore (1) the ongoing pension de-risking environment, (2) the financial wellness initiatives taking place, and (3) the fringe benefit audit landscape.
