Course Description
"Most organizations have a very clear understanding and plan for their operational strategy. However, when asked if they have a clear strategy regarding their human capital 80% say they have nothing or very little or various disparate HR activities. This session will help participants understand the robust nature of talent management, without over-engineering the process. During the workshop the participants will audit their own organization against a talent management model and associated best practices. At the end of this session the participants will be equipped to return to their organization with a meaningful summary and relevant action items unique to their needs. This will allow them, and their relevant stakeholders, to take more strategic approach to the acquisition, engagement, development, and retention of their most valuable asset."
