Course Description
Today's workforce wants, and even craves, feedback regarding their performance - good and bad. Unfortunately most managers do not provide timely constructive feedback for various reasons. This workshop will explore WHY employees desire this type of feedback. The session will also provide the participants with discussion templates that will help them provide employees with the 'gift of feedback'. Finally, during this session we will also discuss how personality influences 1) how you will provide others with feedback and 2) how different personality styles will respond to constructive feedback.
