COMPASS 2026 Refund Policy
Cancellations for COMPASS 2026 will be handled as follows:
- Before April 3, 2026: Registrants who cancel before April 3, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees.
- On or After April 3, 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after April 3, 2026. However, the conference registration fee may be applied as a credit towards next year's conference.
- In-Person to Virtual Transfers: If you are unable to attend in person, you may switch your registration to the virtual option at no additional cost.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@nsacoop.org.
