Course Description

This presentation will focus on tax developments during the past year of particular interest to cooperatives which are not the subject of other tax track presentations. Included in the presentation will be a discussion of court decisions, private letter rulings and other administrative pronouncements of the IRS relevant to cooperative taxation. An update on Section 199 developments will be included. This presentation will largely be a repeat of a speech given at the August TACC Conference.
